Complete Re-Screen Service

Your Porch, Patio, or Lanai is a vital asset to your home.  If your screen is really starting to show its age it might be time for a Complete Re-screen of your Porch, Patio, or Lanai. Our Complete Re-Screen and Repair service includes:

  • New Screen.  We always use Phifer Insect Screen.  Standard is Black 18/14 mesh, however different styles and mesh sizes are available such as 20/20 mesh, Florida Glass, & Sun Screen.
  • New Spline, we will install the proper spline for the application.  What type of spline your enclosure uses is determined by the Groove in the Aluminum.  If someone tells you it doesn't matter please consider the following, "The square peg does not go in the round hole".
  • Doors Adjusted & New Door Hardware Kit Installed - includes Handles & Latch place, Pneumatic Closer (door plunger), and a Bug Sweep.  Hinges and Kick Plate will be replaced as needed.
  • Broken Bolts will be Replaced & Loose Aluminum will be remounted / reinforced.
  • Remove Job-site Debris - We will remove our mess and debris for proper off-site disposal and recycling.  After all, we want you to remember the outstanding Job we did on your Screens, and not the mess we left when we were done.
  • 5 Year Workmanship Warranty on all Services - All of our installation / labor is backed by a 5 year guarantee. (Materials will be covered under manufacturers warranty)
 

Patio Screen In

If you have an existing patio or breeze that you would like to enclose in screen, we can help.  Screening in your patio is an excellent way to add more functionality to your home.  Enjoy the outdoors at home while keeping bugs outside where they belong.

Available Options

Aluminum Color - Bronze or White

Phifer Screen Style - Black, 18/14 mesh is our standard screen.  Other options are available such as 20/20 mesh, Florida Glass, and Sun Screen.

Doors - Choose the Quantity, Location, and Opening Direction of your Patio Doors.  8" or 16" Kick-plate is available.

Additional Options

Kick-plate - Add Kick-plate around the Base.  Looks Great and helps keep dirt and debris outside and some pets inside.8" - 36" in Height

Add a Pet Door - Give your pet their own entrance, Save yourself from letting your them in and out all the time or leaving the screen door propped open.
