Aside from a few panels around the side and along the bottom, most of the vertical panels were in good shape. The screen roof was not so lucky, We replaced the entire roof with new Phifer 18 x 14 mesh insect screen, fixed the damaged ones around the sides, & New Door hardware was installed on all 3 doors.
