Girog Ave, Port Orange. Screen Patio Install

Having bought this new home last year, these new homeowners decided it was time for a screen patio.  With family in town there was a small rush to get it finished for a bar-b-que evening dinner.   We made it just in time.

They decided on bronze aluminum frame with a 16" aluminum kick-plate around the base of the enclosure.  With the kick-plate installed we eliminated the chair-rail (usually at 36" high) to provide a better view of the backyard.  The kick-plate not only looks great, but it will eliminate weed-wacker damage to the bottom screens, and help keep dirt out.  We installed 1 standard 36" w x 80" h screen door with all the hardware.  Hinges, Handle, Latch, Locks, Automatic closer, and a Bug-sweep.  We used all 410 grade stainless steel fasteners coated in matching bronze around the entire enclosure to ensure a long lasting good looking finish, then enclosed it with new Phiferglass 18/14 mesh insect screen.
