This foreclosed property was neglected and looked terrible. First we removed the wood & wire cage over the pool. Then a full Pressure Washing of the aluminum enclosure and pool deck before installing new Phifer 18 x 14 mesh insect screen, spline, support cables, & new door hardware.
while we were there, Pool Captain performed an acid wash on the pool and its amazing what a cesspool can look like in a couple days.
