This lanai was on a former foreclosure. Aside from the normal wear and tear, a couple screen panels & 2 window screen repairs, One of the screen doors had been broken from its hinges, and both needed a new hardware kit.
We quickly re-screened the windows, and damaged panels on the enclosure, then turned our attention to the screen doors. We went ahead and installed new hinges on both screen doors, re-hanging the loose one in the process. Both doors also received new stainless steel door hardware kits from Millfast and re-screened with new Phiferglass 18/14 mesh insect screen.
