New Window Screens

Window Screens are often damaged, yet forgot about as important in keeping your property bug free. Many Municipal Rental Codes Require window screens to be on all the windows. Often times they are damaged when handled carelessly during removal or installation. Other times its evident they have probably never been moved or thought about in 20 years.

Measure, Build, Install

We handle all the Measurements, Manufacture, and installation of your new window screens.

Aluminum Frame

New Aluminum Frame in Bronze, White, or Silver (Mill Aluminum).
  • Standard size is 5/16" x 3/4"
  • Larger Frames available

New Tabs, Corners, Retainer Springs

New Corner Pieces, Pull Tabs & Retainer Springs will be installed. Some specialty windows have locking tabs built into External Corners, we usually have those in stock as well.

Window Screen Repair

Even if your window screens are damaged, you may not need an entirely new screen frame.

Provided your existing window screen frames are in overall good shape, we may be able to replace damaged parts & Re-Screen with new Phifer Screen

Phifer Screen

Re-Screen your existing window screens with new Phifer Screen.

Aluminum & Parts

We can replace bent or broken aluminum, corners, pull tabs, or retainer springs.

20/20 "No-See-Em" Screen

  • Excellent Strength, Visibility & Airflow
  • Increased insect & pine needle protection

Protects against

Designed to keep out some of the smallest insects, most notably "No-See-Em's", 20/20 mesh screen also has a good track record at resisting pine needle intrusion.

Florida Glass Privacy Screen

What is it?

Translucent Laminated Screen designed for privacy. It is 18/14 Phiferglass that has been laminated.

Features

Generally designed for use on your bottom panels (below the chair-rail) or side walls for privacy, or to keep dirt and debris outside.

Other Uses

While not specifically designed for installation on roof panels, it is an accepted practice to protect against rain, or sun.

Phifer Pet Screen

Features

Constructed from a polyester mesh with a heavy duty PVC coating, Pet Screen is 7 times stronger than regular screen.

Useage

Designed for use your Bottom screen panels (below the chair-rail), its good for pets as well as any active pool environment where screens may be easily damaged by activity in the pool or on the patio

About

Sun Screen limits the amount of light passing through, reducing heat gain by reflecting or absorbing up to 70% of the suns light.
Commonly seen on Garage Screen Doors, it can also be used on Windows, Screen Doors, and Screen Enclosures
